There comes a moment in healing when you no longer want to look away from yourself.
Not in shame.
Not in judgment.
Not in critique.
In Truth.
Mirror work is not about affirmation alone.
It’s about witnessing.
It is the sacred act of standing in your own presence long enough to remember who you are beneath survival performance and protection.
So many of us were taught to see ourselves through the eyes of others.
To scan for flaws.
To search for outside approval.
To negotiate our worth.
Over time, we learned how to look at ourselves, but forgot how to see ourselves.
Today, we soften the gaze.
We meet ourselves with curiosity, instead of criticism.
With tenderness, instead of demand.
With reverence, instead of repair.
Your reflection is not a project.
It is a poem.
Your temple is not something to conquer.
It is something to commune with.
This is about returning to your reflection as a sacred relationship.
Not to change it.
Not to perfect it.
But to honor it.
Let today be a reclamation of your gaze.
Self-Reflection Prompt. 🕯️
What do you usually see when you look in the mirror?
What would shift if you chose to see yourself with devotion instead?

Stand in front of a mirror and write what you notice about your face, your body, your posture, your energy.

🎧 Her Channelled Frequency: Her Light - Cleo Sol
Reminders from The Stu. 🎵🌹:
A channelled frequency is just that. So when listening think more experience, moods and senses than the artist, their dealings and backgrounds. For example, how old were you or where were when you first heard the song?
Fun Fact: I use “eye” in affirmations because I am speaking with truth and intuition through my Third Eye Chakra.
Please only take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
