This one here made me cry and reflect. I definitely don’t speak to myself in the way that I should. I’m very hard on myself. It time to give myself more grace …. I struggled for so long to love on me.. I had very low self esteem!! I didnt honor my self worth ! There was nothing i loved about myself . Now at 45 , im learning to put me first!
